Prior to photos being published to the site, leaders must confirm that they have a photo release form on file for all identifiable persons in the photo. 

The most current Girl Registration Form has the disclosure on the form - see below.

If you have a registration form and the parent did not sign the section indicated below a photo release form will need to be signed - see links below.
